| All items sold by Best
Imports are covered under a 7
day return policy. A customer
must phone or email Best Imports
during normal business hours
within 7 days of receiving
(beginning the day the item is
delivered) to be granted a
Return Authorization Number.
This RA number must accompany
the package when it is returned.
The RA is valid for 10 days and
the item must be returned within
that period. The package must
return in the original box. Upon
receipt and inspection of the
item, a refund will be issued
only to the original method of
payment. There is a 15%
restocking fee on all returns.
The buyer is responsible for
return shipping costs. Always
insure the item and make careful
note of the tracking number for
the returning package. This will
aid in any claims should the
package be lost or damaged in
shipping. |
